Dubai Investments plans to list up to 25 percent of its real estate unit Dubai Investment Park (DIP) on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
The company is talking with banks over a potential initial public offering for DIP, which is fully owned by Dubai Investments, chief executive Khalid bin Kalban said in a DFM filing.
DIP, established in 1997, is a 2,300-hectare mixed-use development comprising industrial, commercial and residential zones. It is home to more than 4,200 companies, according to the company’s website.
